Fields

kind: One of the kinds below.
message: What happened, or what the user asked for.
context.tool: The action or MCP tool involved, if any.
context.platform: The platform id, if any.
context.action_id: The action that went wrong, or null.

Kinds

bug: Something broke or a result looks wrong.
missing_capability: No action does what was asked.
improvement: An action works but could work better.
other: Anything else.

When an agent should send one

The user asks for something no action covers.
A result looks wrong or empty when the page is not.
An action fails with ui_changed or browser_error more than once.
