Privacy notice
What BuzzTake collects, why, where it goes and how long we keep it.
Internet Technology Services LLC ("we", "us") operates BuzzTake. An account is required to use it.
1. What we collect
- Your account: email address, name, a password hash (never the password), your organization, workspaces, clients, roles and invitations.
- Workspace data: calendar entries, approvals, reports, uploaded media and API keys (stored as hashes).
- Social account credentials: usernames, passwords, 2FA (TOTP) secrets and cookies you give us.
- Browser profiles: for each social account, the cookies and site data the platform sets, one device fingerprint, and your proxy settings.
- Actions: what you or your agent asks for (text, media, targets) and the result. Results can include posts, profiles, messages, screenshots and page content the account can see, including other people's.
- Live browser: page frames are streamed to your browser while a session runs. We do not store them.
- Audit records: who changed what in your organization, and when.
- Payments: for each x402 top-up, the paying chain address, network, asset, amount, authorisation nonce and settlement transaction. There is no card payment, so we hold no card details.
- Technical data: a session cookie, the browser user agent at sign-in, and server request logs.
- Feedback: messages you or your agent send us about the service.
2. Why
- To sign in to your social accounts and do what you ask in them
- To keep each account signed in on the same device fingerprint and proxy
- To charge credits and keep your balance
- To send service email, such as verification, password reset and invitations
- To secure the service and investigate abuse
Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are our contract with you, our legitimate interest in a secure service, and our legal obligations.
3. Where it is processed
In our API and in remote browsers we run. A browser opens platform pages through your proxy, or through our server address when you set none. Your data may be processed outside the country you live in, including in the United States.
4. Credentials
- Passwords, 2FA secrets and cookies are encrypted at rest.
- No page or API response returns them to a browser.
- We use them only to sign in to that account and act in it for you.
- You can remove stored credentials from an account at any time.
5. Who receives data
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share it only with:
- the platforms you act on, which receive what an action sends and what any browser sends, such as its address and device fingerprint;
- the proxy provider you choose, which carries that account's traffic;
- the payment network that settles an x402 payment;
- our hosting, storage and email providers;
- authorities, where the law requires it.
Once a platform receives content, its own terms and privacy policy apply.
6. Cookies and tracking
First-party functional cookies only: a session cookie and your display preferences. No advertising tracker, third-party analytics or session-replay script runs on this site or in the product, so there is no consent banner.
7. Clients of agencies
If you use BuzzTake for clients, you are the controller of your clients' data and we process it on your instructions.
8. Retention and deletion
- We keep your data while your BuzzTake account is open, unless you delete it first.
- Deleting a social account deletes its browser profile data, stored credentials and cookies.
- After you close your BuzzTake account, we keep data for a limited period, then delete it.
- Audit records are kept for the life of the organization and cannot be deleted on request.
- Payment and other records the law or accounting requires are kept as required.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and complain to a supervisory authority. Write to contact@buzztake.com.
10. Children
BuzzTake is not for people under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes
We post changes here and update the date above. We tell you of material changes by email or in the product before they take effect.
